Bontoc, Mountain Province – The Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) recently conducted a two-day extension activity on “Fundamentals of Cooperative Principles and Practice” on June 23 and 24, 2023, at the 3rd Floor of the Bayle Building.

The activity aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of cooperative officers from seven different municipalities in Mountain Province. The sessions covered a wide range of topics, including the origin, philosophy, and concepts of cooperatives, cooperative laws and salient provisions, and cooperative plans, programs, and policies.

Ms. Fremalyn A. Dacanay, Ms. Daniela W. Paspas, and Ms. Rachel F. Posot, experts in the field of cooperatives, served as resource speakers for the event. Their insightful discussions provided valuable insights into the cooperative movement and its significance in the local community.
