Mental Health Awareness activity for the Mountain Province First District Engineering Office was conducted on September 22, 2022, in coordination with the Mountain Province State Polytechnic College- Office of Guidance and Counseling. Ms. Claire Agyapas discussed the definition of Mental Health and Mental Illness, mental health facts, and literacy. She also assessed the current stress, anxiety, and depression levels of employees using the short version of DASS.
