The two – day activity seeks to capacitate, enhance and unlock the potential of faculty members and college personnel in order to come up with news articles that can attract potential partners in the implementation of SDGs, and to raise awareness on the issues of substantive equality on gender through news and feature writing.

In his opening remarks, College President Edgar G. Cue represented by Dr. Karen B. Cue, Director for Linkages and Special Projects, acknowledged the speaker, organizers, and the participants for being the key assets toward the success of the program. Moreover, Cue encouraged the participants to continue to show their desire to learn and embrace new things specifically in this kind of capacity building seminar-workshop.

“This seminar workshop is a chance for you to challenge yourselves and to broaden your perspectives as we work towards the integration of Sustainable Development Goals in our curriculum and also in all endeavors that the college undertakes. I hope that you will make the most of this opportunity to learn and grow,” stressed Cue. The 2nd day of the said activity will be on October 4, 2023.
