Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Asia Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators Incorporated (APCORE Inc.) to foster international collaboration in education, research, and cultural exchange. The agreement was formalized at the Politeknik Piksi Ganesha (PIKSI) 2023 International Conference, held on August 29, 2023, at the Grand Asrilia Hotel in Bandung, Indonesia. Representing APCORE was Chairman Prof. IR Dr. Mohd Jailani Bin Mohd Nor.
This partnership focuses on advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through joint research initiatives, knowledge sharing, and comparative approaches to global challenges such as climate action, quality education, and community development. MPSPC and APCORE will work together to explore international best practices and foster sustainable solutions that benefit both local and global communities.
The PIKSI 2023 conference, where the MOU was signed, was a collaborative event with several academic institutions, including Abra State Institute of Science and Technology (ASIST), Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU), Quezon City University (QCU), University of Cagayan Valley (UCV), and Politeknik Piksi Ganesha (Indonesia), among others. It also included key academic partners like SEAMEO-CECCEP and SEAMEO TED. Through this MOU, MPSPC will engage in impactful research, provide opportunities for its faculty and students to collaborate globally, and contribute to the SDGs. The partnership reflects MPSPC’s commitment to enhancing its research capabilities, developing innovative solutions, and engaging in meaningful intercultural exchanges that support sustainable development.
