MPSPC Partners with Visiting Physician for Enhanced Health Services: Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signed for Collaborative Care

Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) has taken a significant step towards enhancing health services for its students and employees. A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed on January 30, 2023 between MPSPC through the college president, Edgar Gonzalo Cue, PhD and Marceline Kingat Bacwaden, MD, solidifying a partnership that promises to elevate campus healthcare.

The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) and the visiting physician outlines several key provisions. These include regular clinic hours and consultations, health screenings and assessments, referral services for specialized care, and joint health promotion initiatives.

Its aim is to create a healthy and supportive environment, conducive to academic excellence and personal growth by providing accessible and quality medical services to MPSPC students, faculty and personnel. Through this partnership, the MPSPC community will benefit from convenient access to medical expertise, leading to improved health outcomes and overall well-being. The collaboration will also enhance campus safety and emergency response. Additionally, opportunities for health research and education will arise, fostering a culture of wellness and preventive care.
