MPSPC Student Leaders Sworn In, Challenged to Uphold Institutional Values

In a ceremony underscoring commitment and responsibility, elected officers from various accredited student organizations at the Bontoc and Tadian Campuses of Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) recently took their oath of office at the MPSPC College Auditorium.
