Ms. Claire Agyapas gave a lecture titled “Supportive Communication” to the Apostolic Vicariate of Bontoc-Lagawe personnel on May 31, 2022. In her lecture, she highlighted the significance of verbal and non-verbal expressions, discussed communication barriers, and the specific considerations that must be considered when communicating with children. She also encouraged the participants to provide appropriate social support to anyone needing psychological help by identifying their needs, helping them meet those needs, and accurately assessing their safety, functioning, and coping.
